Come for the sunshine, stay for the flow and the food! This joint Studio Fly/Cozy event will include a calming flow in Parque das Virtudes for yogis of all levels followed by a potluck picnic where we can sit, share, eat, and enjoy a beautiful fall Saturday in the park. While the sun warms our skin, we’ll find joy in our movement, peace in our breath, and fun—because really, what better place to have fun and experiment with new poses than a park?

We welcome everyone to bring some food to share as we welcome in a new season together among the trees, birds, and flowers in one of Porto’s most beautiful parks.
