Hormone Yoga Therapy for Women with Luciana Graziuso

In this workshop, you will learn a simple, yet vigorous, technique to naturally balance your hormone production. This method was developed by Prof. Dinah Rodrigues specifically for the female hormones, and it is indicated for women going through peri-menopause and women suffering from other conditions related to hormone imbalance.

We will use asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), energy circulation/visualization (Tibetan technique), mudras and more, to massage the endocrine glands that produce these very important hormones. The more you practice, the more you will feel the results.

This practice will improve your sleep as well as treat hot flashes, headaches, and other symptoms of low hormone production. This will also help you keep your menopausal weight off, fight depression, and prevent osteoporosis and other common conditions.

Along with the workshop, you will receive printed material that will help you develop your own home practice so you can continue to gain these benefits throughout your life.

About Luciana:

I have a bachelor’s in physical education, and a specialization in sports medicine. I took two Yoga teacher trainings, one in Ashtanga Yoga (2004) and one in Vinyasa Yoga (2006).

I also have Yoga therapy training (2009) and I am trained in Classic Mat Pilates (2020).

I started practicing HYT in 2010 when my first signs of peri-menopause showed up and it has literally saved my life. In 2019, I was certified by the creator, Prof. Dinah Rodrigues, to teach her technique to other women.

I am married and I have a 23-year-old daughter. I live in between Brazil and the Netherlands.
