108 Sun Salutations: Spring Equinox

Would you like to know where the tradition of 108 sun salutations comes from? Would you like to experience it on your own?

Join Mason and Lauren on this spring equinox for this unique experience. Come for a few, or stay for all 108. You can decide how much you want to contribute because all the money raised at this class will go towards sewing and distributing sanitary pads for young girls in Malawi.

FAQs:

Holy moly! Do I have to stay the whole time? Do I have to do all 108 sun salutations??
Not at all! Join when you can and stay as long as you like. You can even take breaks in between to rest while the class continues. In fact, we encourage it!

How much does the class cost?
We know this time has been difficult for many, so pay what you can and 100% of the money we raise will support TinaPads in Malawi—a socially-minded business that Lauren works with.

Is this event good for beginners?
Absolutely! The sequence is short, easy to follow, and we encourage everyone to move at their own pace

Why 108? Why the equinox?
We'll cover the details in person, but this practice helps us find grounding, reflection, and a state of ease.

How long will it take?
We are estimating the entire class will take approximately 1.5 hours, including an explanation of why we practice, and stretching and savasana at the end.

How do I sign up?
Simply send us a message on social media or email us at hello@cozyyogaporto.com :)
