FULLY BOOKED: Reflect and Renew | A Restorative Workshop with Eva Maxine Hamilton

Step into the New Year feeling well rested and crafting clear intentions. Join Eva at Cozy for a practice of reflective journaling, therapeutic self-massage, and supported restorative yoga to release the last cycle and welcome the possibilities of the year ahead.

In this two hour workshop, we’ll begin with a gentle reflection on last year - both resting into gratitude and releasing the energy of our past cycle. We will then use therapeutic self-massage techniques to untangle our tissues and tensions, letting go of stress patterns through this self-care practice. Lastly, we’ll rest into a restorative yoga practice of supported poses, as we become quiet and clear in our new intentions. Working through the energetic framework of the chakras, we’ll slowly shift emerging images into anchored ideas to begin consciously weaving into your new year.

Through resting, reflecting, and manifesting, you’ll come away from this workshop feeling renewed as you call in new intentions and energies in 2024.

*This is an accessible practice for students of all levels of experience or fitness. All required props and journaling guide will be provided. Please wear comfy, cozy layers. There are only twelve spots available for this restful practice, so booking is recommended. Join us for warming tea and treats after practice to connect with our Cozy Community.
