Healthy Vegan Workshop

It's Veganuary and what better way is there to start a healthy 2023 than to learn about plant-based/vegan nutrition?

In this 75 min workshop, Ania will help you debunk some of the myths about a vegan diet and plant-based nutrition, such as:

  • Can I get enough protein on a vegan diet?

  • How can I get calcium without any milk in my diet?

  • Will I suffer from iron deficiency (anemia) when going vegan?

  • What's the link between our diet and heart disease, diabetes type 2, or cancer?

  • What can I do to prevent civilization diseases?

  • Does what we eat have any impact on our mental health?

  • Do I need to buy expensive plant-based meat and dairy products when going vegan?

During our session, we will answer all of these questions so you will be able to make better eating choices. The Healthy Vegan Workshop will also explain how what we eat influences our longevity.

After the workshop, you will gain an understanding of basic nutritional needs, learn how to make healthier choices, and be able to link what you eat with major civilization diseases (e.g. cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes type 2, Alzheimer's or depression).

All workshop information is based on the newest medical research and nutritional science and will be followed by a Q&A session, where you will have a chance to ask any questions you might have.

You will also receive working materials and recipes to help you take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle.

About Ania: My name is Ania and I am a BIG foodie! I am passionate about everything food related. Whether it is cooking, shopping for food, eating, or the nutritional science behind it. The link between our diet and our health particularly fascinates me

To follow my passion, I launched Healthy With Ania – a one-stop solution for people who want to improve their diet. I am a Plant-Based Nutritionist certified in Plant-Based Nutrition by Cornell University in the US and Winchester University in the UK. This knowledge helps me to guide you toward your healthiest diet and design nutritionally-balanced recipes that facilitate weight loss in a sustainable way.

Discovering new cuisines is fun so we have developed plant-based and gluten-free versions of many national classics from places like Persia, Singapore, the Middle East, Georgia, etc. These offer proof that healthy food can be still exciting and delicious.

Recently I co-authored; 'My-Voice A Collective Memoir by Women of Substance' where I share my personal story to inspire other women to change their lives.
