What better opportunity to get together than to celebrate spring? Welcome to our next big community event: Yoga & Wellness Marathon. We brought both of our sister studios together to bring you as many different experiences as possible in one day. Partnering with Studio Fly, we created a marathon of different classes, workshops, and sessions to fit every student. Beginners and seasoned yogis, relaxing and energy-boosting sessions…this day has it all.

Come for one class only or hang out with us throughout the day. We will keep your energy up with freshly made smoothies, coffee, homemade cakes, and much more.

Our idea is to move our bodies in different ways and celebrate the boost of energy that the Spring season is bringing us. Come by yourself, bring a friend, or bring the whole family. There will be plenty of moments just for yourself as well as opportunities to socialize, connect, and make some new, like-minded friends.

The Schedule

Breath for Anxiety w/Joana:
Start your morning by learning some of the most efficient and simple breathing techniques. Learn how to guide your body through the most challenging moments of your day with inner strength and ease. You can join online too, just after you roll out of bed, still in your PJs.

Dharma Yoga Wheel w/Lucie:
Yoga wheel is one of the most fun props you can use in your yoga practice. All yogis are welcome to join us and explore upside-down poses, delicious heart openners and a lot of different challenges with a Dharma Yoga Wheel!

Aerial Yoga First Steps w/Lucie:
First time flying? We got you! We’ll share a yoga practice from a completely different perspective, discovering the beauty and power of aerial silk. We’ll give you all the support and confidence to fall in love with this life-changing experience!

Arm Balance Workshop w/Lauren:
This workshop is great for all levels! We’ll explore the warmups, strength, and mobility movements to build into some of your favorite balances. New balancers will find comfort on their hands while more advanced yogis will explore new balances and transitions.

Experience the healing power of embodiment, movement, and play. To enhance your expression of freedom, deep presence, and nervous system regulation. Let’s dance!

Yin Yoga w/Lauren:
Close your wellness day the best way possible, simply by being taken care of. Slow down and give yourself the luxury to feel, breathe, and be present. Finish with a hot cup of tea afterward.
